How to startup MC without windows login.

Having a password helps with network shares, so, for automatically logging on to a windows seven machine, there's netplwiz

   

Type that into the start menu search field and press enter.

Pick an account

Take the tick out of "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer."

Press apply, at which point you'll be prompted for the password.

   

OK out of there and reboot to see Windows automatically log on the previously selected account, where MC will be configured to run on startup. Our HTPC couldn't work without this!

윈도우7에서 password가 없으면 안되는 몇 가지 서비스(공유, RDP 따위) 때문에

우리가 만드는 미디어 서버에서 jriver MC를 구동하는 데 애로사항이 있었죠.

이부분에 대한 해결책으로 윈도우를 password는 그대로 둔 채 login 대화창을

건너 뛰도록 만드는 방법이지요. 보안상 별로 권할 내용은 아닙니다만 내부에서만

쓰는 서버에 누가 들어와서 휘젓고 다닐 것도 아니기 때문에 별 문제는 아닐 듯...

   

한마디로 netplwiz 라는 프로그램 열어서 password 없이 컴퓨터 이용하기를

켜주면 된다는 내용입니다.
